SUMMARY
This article is the result of a pedagogical intervention project developed within the scope of the Supervised Teaching Practice Curricular Unit. A part of this project will be presented, the main objective of which was to develop the sense of numbers in 1st grade students. The Domino Game was used, with several adaptations, as the aim was to work on the multiple representations of numbers. The intervention consisted of four 90-minute classes and was carried out in a 1st grade class with 26 students. From class to class, different representations of numbers were worked on in order to progressively enrich the understanding of numbers, promote the development of the sense of numbers and provide learning experiences that facilitate the students' numerical skills. This article will only present two sessions in which the work was more focused on the use of different representations and dominoes.
