Spatial orientation: development, teaching-learning and influence of cultural factors

SUMMARY
This article aims to offer a discussion centered on spatial orientation, problematizing some particular dimensions of it, namely its development in children, their teaching-learning process, as well as the influence of cultural factors, which are naturally associated with the environment in which the subjects are situated.
