CNJM 18

The National Mathematical Games Championship had its 18th edition on March 14th (π day) at the University of Aveiro.

Around 1,800 students from over 300 schools, from primary to secondary, participated. Each student played one of six mathematical games: Cats and Dogs, Traces, Dominoes, Product, Atari-Go, and Nex.

The winners of all the morning tournaments participated, in the afternoon, in the grand final to find the twelve national winners of the games from each teaching cycle.

The rules of the games can be found at respective page from Ludus. Files with the boards are also available for printing. Anyone who wants to can try out the games that motivated so many students and teachers to share this unique day.
